Do you want the sun and the Mediterranean sea around the table? These delicious and crispy grasshoppers greek spices are the perfect choice: seasoned with aromatic herbs, dried tomato, garlic and a pinch of salt. 

Edible whole grasshoppers provide a whopping dose of complete protein, along with plenty of vitamins such as calcium, iron, B12, B6, B9 and more. 
They’re also crammed with essential fatty acids omega 3 and 6, while being low in carbohydrates, and entirely free of sugar, gluten, soya or lactose.

Storage: 8 to 12 month depending on batch number. Store in a dry place away from light. Ready to eat for two persons, best before three days after opening.

How to use: these grasshoppers will be perfect with wine as an aperitif or as a crunchy topping for your greek salad along with olives and tomatoes, as an ideal garnish to Mediterranean pastas, salads and quiches.

Ingredients: whole grasshoppers dehydrated (Locusta migratoria), seasonings [salt, aromatic plants 3% (thym 1,9%, origano 1,1%), spices 2,5% (pepper, paprika), onion, garlic, natural flavour], stabiliser (acacia gum).
