All-natural flavors accented with a light sprinkling of salt. Chirps are the first ever cricket chip, made with a wholesome mix of stone-ground corn, beans, chia seeds, and of course cricket flour. Most chips are just carbs, but Chirps are a craveworthy chip packed with nutrients. Using cricket flour, they're able to pack in protein and fiber, while also adding a nutty, delicious flavor to each crunchy bite. Chirps are full of protein (as much as an egg white per serving), 30% less fat than regular chips, gluten and soy free, non-GMO and all natural.

Ingredients: stone ground corn, high oleic sunflower and/or safflower oil, navy beans, cricket flour (Acheta Domesticus, Gryllodes Sigillatus), pea flour, chia seeds, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder. 

Allergy advice: if you have a crustacean shellfish allergy, you may be sensitive to crickets.
