Some products or services may only be available online through the website. These services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only based on our Return Policy

We have made every effort to visualize as accurately as possible the features and images of our products appearing in the store. We can not guarantee that the product or packaging is different.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction. We could exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained from you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Payments, Shipping & Returns
Future Food Shop uses Paypal, the world leader in online payment, with or without creating a Paypal account (just using a payment card) and Credit Card.
Although the total you see is in your currency, the payment will be made in our reference currency (£), without fee and at today change value. 

PLEASE NOTE: Future Food Shop  is a brand of Alma Eureka Limited company, identified under Alma Eureka Limited on Paypal and Bank services.

Shipping
Items within the UK will be shipped with Royal Mail Service.
Pricing is calculated by weight of produce under Royal Mail terms of what is considered a small parcel.
Standard delivery is by 2nd class post and takes 3-5 business days, 1st class post is a bit quicker at 1-2 business days. Future Food Shop does not add on any handling fee to you.

For international deliveries Royal Mail International is used and can take between 5–10 working days.
Shipping conditions are displayed in the store. And they are subject to change without notice. For orders over 40 pounds shipments are free, but even this limit may vary over time.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are not included in the product cost. Future Food Shop does not add on any handling fee to you.

Returns 

Non-food products can be returned according to EU regulation within 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal). While for food products: to keep our products intact and safe, once they have left our warehouses and delivered, they can not be considered suitable for returns.

We want our customers to be satisfied, so if you find a problem with the products received, or are defective, contact us at hello@futurefoodshop.com and solve the problem.
