Soft yogurt cream with caramelized mealworms
This treat suggested by Bugstronomy is the perfect way to end a meal orto indulge in a sweet afternoon snack, always with a little insecty twist!

Ingredienti for 4 servings:
- 300ml of unsweetened cream
- 100g of unsweetened white yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 tbsp of granulated sugar
- 10 g of dried mealworms
In a bowl mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon until homogenous. In another bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks. Incorporate the yogurt little by little into the whipped cream minding whisking from the bottom to the top. Once incorporated let the cream rest in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. In the mean time heat a pan on medium-high heat and pour in the sugar. Keep stirring the sugar with a spatula until it starts to melt. Pour in gently a tablespoon water and week mixing reducing the heat. Once the caramel is smooth remove it from the heat and dump in the mealworms and gently stir until uniformly coated in caramel. Plate the cream in a bowl and place the caramelized mealworms on top, sprinkle additional cinnamon to taste and enjoy!
