METHOD

Chop the chocolate coarsely with the knife.

Peel the pears and remove the core then slice them very thinly and sprinkle with lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar to prevent them from becoming black.

Whip the eggs with salt syrup and the sugar using the electric whisk until you get a swollen and fluffy mixture.

Add the oil and yogurt to the egg mixture.

Add the lemon zest and vanilla.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix everything together with a wooden spoon.

Finally, add the chocolate flakes.

Grease and flour a cake pan with opening circle and pour the mixture inside.

Arrange the pear slices inside the dough.

Sprinkle the surface of the cake with a little brown sugar (optional).

Cook in a hot oven at 180 ° for at least 50/55 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool, then sprinkle with a little icing sugar.

Soon I will also try the products that kindly offered me this company, I'm certainly very intrigued by the Spirulina algae paste (excellent for stimulating in the nervous and immune system) but also the powder of Kakadu plum which is said to be the most fruit ever rich in vitamin C throughout the plant kingdom.

For the most daring and brave there are also all the products with cricket flour, highly proteinic and with very low environmental impact, they say it is the food of the future!

Who knows if I intrigued you?
